About The Author

Chris Noah has spent a lifetime exploring the connections between art, spirituality, and the natural world.

A third-generation artist and second-generation intuitive, Chris grew up in a family that encouraged both creativity and curiosity about the unseen. Her artistic journey began in childhood and continues today, complemented by a lifelong practice of meditation after discovering Kriya Yoga in 1979.

As the daughter of an Air Force family, Chris developed an early love of travel, a passion she later shared with her husband as they explored forests, landscapes, and cultures across the United States and beyond. Those experiences, combined with decades of walking the woodlands near her home in southwest Ohio, inspired the reflections found in
A Walk in the Woods.

Although this is her first published book as an author, Chris is no stranger to publishing. She spent several years helping bring other authors' books to life, gaining a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling. Today, she continues to paint, write, explore nature, and find inspiration in the quiet places that have shaped her life.

Chris, her husband, and their beloved large, furry dog make their home near Dayton, Ohio, where new adventures are often just a walk into the woods away.
